For the past 14 years Loni Parker has been at the helm of Adore Home magazine as both owner and editor. Over this time Loni has styled countless interiors for magazine photoshoots, and has a keen eye for creating interior mood boards. During this time Loni has also project managed a number of home renovations and has experience with selecting furnishings and fixtures in a variety of design styles. Now she is offering her services with design consultations, creating furniture mood boards, space planning, along with material selections for renovations.

  • This in-home consultation service gives you the ability to show me your home in person where we can discuss in detail your decorating/layout/renovation ideas. In general, one room will take only up to an hour whereas a full home consult can last up to 3 hours. If you’re feeling unsure on your design style, layout of your home, or furniture/decor, this is a great option to have you on a clear path to the home of your dreams. This service is currently only available to the following postcodes: 4007, 4011, 4012, 4017, 4019, 4020, 4022, 4031, 4032, 4034, 4506, 4508, 4509. Any consultations outside of this area can be done over the phone.

  • A great option for those who live outside of my in-home consultation zones, call me to discuss your reno/design dilemmas. With this type of consultation you’ll be asked to email through the room/areas you wish to discuss and what’s not working with the space/s, and what you need help with. From there I will make notes and suggestions specific to your situation and these will be discussed over the phone and emailed through after our consult so you have a clear path moving forward. Please note the time taken to make my notes will be billed per hour at the same rate as consult.

  • Before selecting this package an in home or over the phone consultation must be booked first. This is important as it sets the foundation for both of us on whether we’re a good match, and so that I can better understand the needs for your space before designing. The price is dependent on how many rooms, the size of the space/s, and how many changes you would like. The base rate for 1 room with 1 set of changes is $1000+GST, any further changes are billed at $100 per hour. A quote will be given depending on the scope of work involved.

    I will also need to know your overall decorating budget up-front, and any specific requests. This package is ideal for those who don’t have the time or confidence to piece together furniture and styling for a room and need someone to take care of all of the decorating decisions. 

    You’ll receive a mood board like shown opposite, along with a mapped out furniture plan to ensure furniture selected will fit your space. If you struggle to get proportions right, this service will save you money in the long run by selecting pieces that fit the room perfectly. You’ll also receive a shopping list for each piece selected so you can purchase at your own pace.
